TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Employees of The Gaelic, Jim Beam Brands, their agents, contractors, consultants and their immediate families (including de facto spouses) or any other persons assisting with the competition are not eligible to enter.

4. The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, including but not limited to, anyone who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry.

5. The Promoter is Jim Beam Brands Pty Ltd (24 088 161 915) of Level 2, 49 Frenchs Forest Rd, Frenchs Forest NSW (Promoter).

6. All winners must have purchased tickets to specific gigs, as selected by The Gaelic.

7. Each winner will receive, express VIP entry into the venue and three complimentary Jim Beam 330ml drinks on the night of entry. They must use their Jim Beam lanyard to claim their complimentary drinks

8.  All winners must be aged 18 years or older

9. All winners agree to drink responsibly

10. Jim Beam and the Gaelic accept no responsibility for drunk or disorderly behaviour.
